Shipping Policy

We work towards having your COVO delivered to you within 10 working days from the time of your order being placed and confirmed. Your order is shipped from our warehouse through our verified logistics partners.

In unforeseen circumstances, such as transport strikes, default on part of the logistic partner or Force Majeur conditions, your order might be delayed and we will work towards getting it to you as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy

Please check if the product you want is eligible for COD and if your pincode/area is serviceable before placing a COD order.

COD orders are only eligible for a cart value of over Rs.500 and up to Rs.5000.

No credit or debit cards will be accepted at the time of delivery. As per RBI regulations, no old Rs.500 or Rs.1000 notes will be accepted for COD orders.

You must first accept your order by paying for it before you open the package. Do not accept the order is the package seems damaged or tampered with in any way. 

Return Policy

Our exchange or return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your order, we will not be able to exchange or refund the order.

Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return it, then the product must be unused and in the exact condition that it was delivered in. It should be in the original packaging and have all of the tags still on and intact. You must also have proof of purchase by a receipt or order number.

Sale items, Gift Cards and Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once you have intimated us on our customer support number or email of your wish to return your order we will schedule a reverse pick up of the product which is free of cost. Once the product is received back by us, we will inspect it and intimate you if your order is eligible for return. If the product is eligible for return, the refund credit will be made within 10 working days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated once any returned product is inspected and found eligible for return/ refund. You will be informed of the same. 

If you have paid by credit/debit card the charge will be reversed in 7 to 10 working days, please check your card statement. If you have paid via an online wallet, the refund will be credited back to the wallet in 7 to 10 working days. If you have paid via COD then the amount will be credited to your bank account in 10 working days.

Exchange Policy

We only exchange damaged products. While our products go through rigorous quality checks and are shipped in perfect condition from our warehouse, they sometimes get damaged in transit. Do not accept your order if the package arrives damaged or tampered with.

Sale items, Gift Cards and Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Yet if a product is damaged you must intimate us with 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange. The product must also be unused, in the same condition it arrived in and with all original packaging and tags intact. 

After placing a request for exchange with proof of purchase (receipt/ order number) and images of the damage product by sending an email to customer care, we will initiate a return pick up and after inspection, if the product is eligible for exchange and available in stock, we will dispatch the replacement. If the same product is not in stock and we cannot process an exchange, then we will refund you within 10 working days.

All Covo Handbags, Leather Goods and accessories including Jewelry are provided with a six month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

If your product is defective or has manufacturing errors we will replace it free of cost within the warranty period. This process requires you to return your product and proof of purchase to our address:  #13/14, Singasandra Village, Begur, Hobli, Bangalore - 560068, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560068, India. 

After inspection and approval of warranty terms we will provide the same product in return.

In the case that this product is not available with us, we will provide store credit equivalent to the amount of your purchase.
